license education exemptions: if the licensee….

NOTE: If the licensee
meets one of the following exemption criteria’s,
the licensee may select Post Licensing or Continuing
education for their first renewal (30 hours
of either option). If the licensee does not meet
one of the following exemptions, the licensee must
complete the post licensing course for the first
renewal.
1. Holds an out-of-state
license at the time of initial application.
2. Held a Nevada
real estate license within the last 5 years.
3. Submitted 2
years of experience for education purposes as a
broker or broker salesperson applicant.
