Key
Schools offers two methods in which a student can
take completion exams to receive certificates of
education.

Testing through the Internet -
Students may take the completion exam
through the Key Realty School secured online
testing system. (Some courses may not be
eligible to test out through this format)

Students who have already been assigned the
completion testing ID should proceed directly to

Students are to complete this form and
submit the completed form to obtain the required ID
and Password set to test. Once the completed form is submitted to the
testing department, the ID and Password set is supplied to the
student within 3 business hours.

Testing at Key Realty
School

Students may take the completion exam for any
course between the hours of 8AM to 6PM (PST)
Monday through Friday at Key Realty School (3650
E. Flamingo, Las Vegas Nevada 89121) All testing
must be finished by 6PM (PT) No appointment is necessary to take
any exam. Tests are graded by a school counselor,
results are instantaneous. If a student does not
pass the completion test, the student may retest
the next business day.

Testing
via Fax - Students may take the completion exam via
fax using a proctor form provided by the
school. This proctor form can be sent to any student
by calling the admissions office (800) 472 3893.

will pull your file and send the proctor the test

administers the examination

then fax the answer sheet with (cover page noting
where the test results should be sent) to Key

School will grade the exam, if the student has
passed the exam a certificate will then be faxed
to the noted fax number

If student
fails the examination the corrected answers will
be sent back to the noted fax number and student
must repeat the process of taking the examination.

When can I take my completion quiz to receive my
certificate?
A
Students taking the completion quiz in person can
take the quiz at Key Realty School (3650 E. Flamingo
LV NV 89121) anytime between the hours of 8AM to
6PM (PST) Monday through Friday, WITHOUT an appointment.
(All testing must be completed by 6PM)

How long do the completion quizzes or exams take?
A
The duration of the completion quiz depends on the
number of hours of education the student has enrolled
in. Key Realty School recommends to allow approximately
30 minutes for testing and the printing of certificates
of completion.

When does the student receive the results?
A
The student receives the results instantly.

What if the student fails the completion quiz or
exam?
A
The student may review there answers and test questions
at Key Realty School. The student must
wait one business day prior to re testing. There
is no additional cost to retest and students can
retest as often as they want with in their allotted
enrollment period.

What do I need to bring in to take the completion
quiz?
A
The testing student should have at least one form
of picture ID. The student should bring a copy of
the reference text for each course taken. This will
allow the testing process to run smoothly.

Are the tests online different than the tests taken
via fax or in person?
A
No. The tests administered online are duplicates
of the tests taken via fax or at the school

What if I fail a test online, can I take it again?
A
Yes, the test will automatically be placed back
in the set of available tests to take if you have
failed the exam.

What if my certificate is printed with the wrong
name or spelling?
A
Contact the admissions office of the school to pull
the records of testing and replace the certificate.
(It is strongly suggested that the student keep
all records of certificates even if there is a misspelling)

What is the turn around time for me to receive my
ID and Password back from the school once I send
in the Test Request email?
A
The average time to receive the reply containing
IDs and Passwords for online completion testing
is 3 business hours.

What if I have a question about the content of the
final exam itself?
A
Questions pertaining to test content must be sent

What if I complete my test but the computer system
times out or malfunctions, is there any record of
my test or my answers?
A
NO. The online testing system is not error free.
As with all computer programs and online connections,
errors can happen. If you experience problems with
the online testing system it is suggested that you
attempt the tests on another computer or test through
another approved format.

***NOTE:
There
is no guarantee that the fax testing will be completed
in a short period of time. Therefore, Key Realty
School recommends that licensees or students, who
have a deadline or expiration that falls within
4 business days, complete the exam in person.

Why does the proctor form have to be notarized?
A
The notary stamp is the only method accepted to
validate that the proctor is a real a valid person.
The proctor form must be notarized.
Q
What fax # should the completed proctor form be
faxed to?
A
All testing information should be sent to 702 933
0567. No cover page is necessary.

When should I submit the proctor form?
A
Key Realty School strongly recommends
submitting the proctor form at least one business
day prior to the date that you plan to take the
exam.
Q
Why do some proctors elect to have the test emailed
to them instead of faxed?
A
Some tests or sets of tests can be up to 50 pages
including all directions. Therefore, proctors can
elect to receive the information via email and only
print out the information necessary.

Why cant the entire process be completed via email?
A
The proctor form must be notarized. This requires
the process to begin via fax.
Q
If the test is sent via email, how are my results
sent?
A
The proctor must send all results via fax back to
Key Realty School. Key Realty School will send all results
after grading back by fax. No results will be sent
via email.
Q
Once the proctor form is sent to Key Realty School,
how long will it take before the test is sent back
to the proctor?
A
Key Realty School will send back all
tests in the order that the proctor form was received.
The average wait time to receive the test back once
submitting the proctor form is 2.5 business hours.
Depending on the volume of proctor forms received,
wait time can become 1 business day. Proctors or
students are encouraged to contact the admissions
office if the wait period has exceeded 4 business
hours.
Q
Once the test is faxed to the proctor, how long
does the student have to take the quiz?
A
The proctor must fax back the completed answer sheet
within 10 calendar days. So, the tester has a total
of ten days to complete the course test. If the
answer sheet is not faxed back to the school within
10 days, a new proctor form must be re submitted.

What if the student fails the completion quiz?
A
Notice of failing will be sent via fax to the proctor/
student. The student must wait one business day
before resubmitting the proctor form to re test.
Q
Are the faxed copies of the certificates acceptable
by the Nevada Real Estate Division and other state
governing bodies?
A Yes. But, the student may request the original
certificate by following the directions on the fax
cover letter of the certificate. The student may
also contact the school to inquire about obtaining
