Become a Mortgage Lender in Nevada

While the National Mortgage Licensing System requires a minimum education and testing standard for a mortgage lending license, you may be best served by taking the required 30-hour pre-licensing course with an institution that will help you take full advantage of the time and set yourself up for success in the field. That’s what we do here at Key Realty School. You’ll meet all the minimum requirements, of course, but we will give you the education and tools you need to pass the National Mortgage Licensing Exam and head into your career with some real resources at your back.

With our courses, you will be taught by industry leaders and you’ll want to note that some courses are held in classrooms only, while others are available online. You can get all the necessary licensing for both the state and national requirements with our courses. Additionally, the national coursework will cover all components of the lending process, including:

  • Mortgage Lending Federal Law Disclosure Provisions
  • Qualifying Standards for FHA and VA Loans
  • Loan Applications, Processing, & Closing
  • Calculating Debt to Income Ratios
  • Ethics, Laws, & Fraud

And there are quite a few other topics covered in this complete course. Upon completion, you can expect to feel highly confident in your abilities and ready to succeed.
