Real Estate: For a Brighter Tomorrow: Part II

At the beginning of your real estate career it is important to understand your role as a commission-based, self-employed manager of your own time. This includes a lot of self-discipline to accomplish in the creation of your personal brand. Continue to find out how Nevada real estate school can help you be ready to graduate into the real world of the market.
• Keep Looking – Have you decided on a firm that you will be working for after testing? That’s the first important step to take upon completion of your exams. Finding the right company can be similar to finding the right pair of shoes. You want something that is comfortable, advanced in technology and right for the path that you want to take through your career.
• Manage Your Time – Establishing your personal productivity is possibly the most important part of the real estate market. Knowing that your mind may wonder, or that you don’t “have” to follow-up with a client today, may lead you to brush aside duties that might help you close sales. Write down a productivity calendar for you to follow as you work through each month. This will help you keep track of your tasks, as well as stay accountable for your time spent working. A personal schedule will also help you know when it is time to enjoy your progress and take a break to spend with family and friends.
