Can I Work While I Am Studying for My Real Estate License?

Whether you’re searching for a new side hustle or thinking about a complete career shift, life can be overwhelming. You might be juggling a full-time job while working toward attaining your real estate license. While it’s possible to simultaneously work and study for your real estate license exam, it’s important to know your pre-licensing options. Key Realty School is here to break down our three pre-licensing course options to help you pass the Pearson Vue exam:

Home Study – Work on classes in the comfort of your own home with the Real Estate Pre Licensing Home Study course. This course includes physical textbooks, audio files, and online study material. Students enrolled in this program typically finish the program in four weeks and then take the Nevada PSI exam online.

Online Only Program – If you’re looking to save off textbooks, our online program provides you with all the resources you need with digital access. This program is similar to the Home Study program, but your work is all online with digital textbooks.

Classroom – For students who prefer a physical classroom, our Pre Licensing Classroom course is available as well. Attendance is not mandatory, but recommended, so you have weekly control of which classes you take. You also have the option of which study schedule to follow: 4-weeks, 2-weeks, or a 1-week cram session.

It takes a lot of motivation and determination to study for your real estate license while working, but it is possible to complete with a schedule that works for you. Find a Real Estate Pre Licensing course that works with your schedule at KeyRealtySchool.com.
