Harcourts has a unique relationship with Key Realty School wherein Harcourts students are afforded discounted tuition for the Nevada Real Estate Pre Licensing course.

The Key Realty School Nevada Real Estate Pre Licensing Home Study course consists of physical textbooks, audio and internet course study material. Students are provided with course materials enabling the student to review and understand the curriculum required to pass the Nevada real estate licensing exam. Though students must retain the home study course for a minimum of 11 calendar days prior to testing, the average student studies the program for four weeks before testing out of the course to receive the required course certificate.
The home study course materials consist of the following:
- State and National Home Study Workbooks
- National Reference Guide Textbook
- Nevada Reference Guide Workbook
- Over 2000 Test Questions and Answers
- Online Practice Testing
- Online Course Study
- Online recorded video sessions – access to the entire course prerecorded and broadcast via streaming video.
Students enrolled in the Home Study program review the curriculum presented in the course material. Once the student is comfortable with the course material, the student is required to test with Key Realty School prior to taking the Nevada licensing exam. The school certificate / course completion exam can be taken through the school website or at the school.
The tuition of the Nevada Real Estate Pre Licensing Home Study course is $297. The tuition includes all aforementioned course materials / online access and course completion testing. (The course in its entirety)
Once the tuition is paid, the course material set will be sent to the student UPS at no additional cost. (48 contiguous US States Only)
