Who is it for?


The Nevada CAM pre-licensing courses are designed for students who do not hold or have never held a Community Association Management license in Nevada or another state.

Students who have prior licensed experience are encouraged to contact the school for an independent evaluation of student credentials.

Available Programs


All CAM pre-licensing courses provide the 60-hour Nevada required education.

We currently offer the course via livestream video.

Once the tuition is paid, the student will be sent access to an active calendar that allows the student to select the course start date and format their live sessions accordingly.   

Certification & Testing


Once students receive a their certificate of completion for the CAM education, they can take the state-administered licensing exam.

CAM education is always offered in a 20-track or session format, in which the instruction will consist of the practices and laws of Community Association Management necessary to pass the certificate examination with the state of Nevada.

This package includes the 60-hour course, online access, Digital Workbooks, and online course certificate.

2024 Spring offering: June 25 through August 8

2024 Fall offering: October 8 through November 20 2024

Classes are taught Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 5PM to 8PM

NOTE: The course offerings are currently offered via LIVE stream video only. See the association management calendar for exact dates. Once enrolled, the student can use the active calendar to select the dates of course work

Students enrolled in our community & condo management classes can set certain educational goals, such as obtaining a desired certification, and remain in the class until those goals have been met. This course is designed to complete the 60 hours of Community Association Management education that is required by the state of Nevada to activate a CAM certificate. Students must pay and reserve their seat in advance because the classes do tend to fill up.

This test prep seminar is designed for students who have already completed the 60 hour CAM course yet seek additional state exam preparation and review. This includes a live test prep, and a recorded seminar for those who cannot attend live or have missed the live seminar dates.

Future seminar dates include:

All seminars are held on Saturday’s. Seminars are from 9am – 12pm and then 1pm to 4pm via Zoom

Once enrolled, the student will be sent a unique seminar log in which would allow the student to select / reserve the future session

  1. A community association manager is responsible for the association’s daily operations. Their role is to implement the policies set by the board of directors, oversee operations, services, and programs as laid out in the contract with the association, and provide information and advice to assist board members in their decision-making. 

  2. The curriculum is designed to meet state course guidelines surrounding NRS/NAC chapter 116 and will include topics such as: Legal basics of association management, general contracts overview, enforcement of bylaws, required meetings, maintenance, transition, and litigation. 

  3. Use the calendar link on the course webpage. All dates shown on the calendar are available and can be reserved. If the class session is full, it will be marked as full or removed from the webpage. Once you pay the tuition, you will immediately be sent the student log, which will provide you with an active calendar to select and reserve course sessions. This log-in will also give you access to all digital course materials.
