This course is ideal for anyone looking to launch a career managing homeowners associations, condominium communities, or planned unit developments in Nevada. If you’re new to community association management and want to meet the state’s 60-hour education requirement, this is your starting point. It’s also a great fit for property managers, real estate professionals, or administrative staff looking to expand their credentials and move into the HOA management space. No prior experience is required — just a desire to build a rewarding career in a growing industry.

Upon successfully completing the 60-hour pre-licensing course, you’ll receive a certificate of completion, which allows you to register for the state-administered licensing exam through the Nevada Real Estate Division. A score of 75 or higher is required to pass. If you want to walk into test day feeling confident, our CAM Exam Prep Seminar is a great final step before you sit for the exam.
CAM education is always offered in a 20-track or session format, in which the instruction will consist of the practices and laws of Community Association Management necessary to pass the certificate examination with the state of Nevada.

This course is designed for students seeking to obtain their Nevada Association Management license and delivered via livestream video.
This package includes the 60-hour course, online access, Digital Workbooks, and online course certificate.
Classes are taught Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 5PM to 8PM

A community association manager is responsible for the association’s daily operations. Their role is to implement the policies set by the board of directors, oversee operations, services, and programs as laid out in the contract with the association, and provide information and advice to assist board members in their decision-making.
The curriculum is designed to meet state course guidelines surrounding NRS/NAC chapter 116 and will include topics such as: Legal basics of association management, general contracts overview, enforcement of bylaws, required meetings, maintenance, transition, and litigation.
