How to Get Your CAM License in Nevada
Requirements:
- Be 18 or older
- Complete 60 hours of education as required by the state.
- Pass the state-administered exam with a score of 75 or higher.

Our Nevada CAM learning packages range from the required pre-licensing course to everything you need for a strong start in your career.
Requirements:
The Nevada CAM pre-licensing courses are designed for students who do not hold or have never held a Community Association Management license in Nevada or another state.
Students who have prior licensed experience are encouraged to contact the school for an independent evaluation of student credentials.
All CAM pre-licensing courses provide the 60-hour Nevada required education.
We currently offer one pre-licensing course option, which is available via classroom or livestream.

Once the tuition is paid, the student will be sent access to an active calendar that allows the student to select the course start date and format their live sessions accordingly.
Once students receive a their certificate of completion for the CAM education, they can take the state-administered licensing exam.
CAM education is always offered in a 20-track or session format, in which the instruction will consist of the practices and laws of Community Association Management necessary to pass the certificate examination with the state of Nevada.

This course is designed for students seeking to obtain their Nevada Association Management license and delivered via livestream video.
This package includes the 60-hour course, online access, course workbook, and online course certificate.
2023 Summer offering is: August 8th through September 20 2023
2023 Fall offering is: October 10th through November 30 2023
2024 Spring offering: April 2 through May 16 2024
2024 Fall offering: September 10 through October 24 2024
Classes are taught Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 5PM to 8PM
NOTE: The course offerings are currently offered via LIVE stream video only. See the association management calendar for exact dates. Once enrolled, the student can use the active calendar to select the dates of course work

Students enrolled in our community & condo management classes can set certain educational goals, such as obtaining a desired certification, and remain in the class until those goals have been met. This test prep seminar is designed for students who have already completed the 60 hour CAM course yet seek additional state exam preparation and review

All seminars are held on Saturday’s. Seminars are from 9am – 12pm and then 1pm to 4pm via Zoom
Once enrolled, the student will be sent a unique seminar log in which would allow the student to select / reserve the future session
