The Nevada CAM pre-licensing courses are designed for students who do not hold or have never held a Community Association Management license in Nevada or another state.
Students who have prior licensed experience are encouraged to contact the school for an independent evaluation of student credentials.
All CAM pre-licensing courses provide the 60-hour Nevada required education.
We currently offer one pre-licensing course option, which is available via classroom or livestream.
See our course calendar for available classroom/livestream start dates.
Once the tuition is paid, the student will be sent access to an active calendar that allows the student to select the course start date and format their live sessions accordingly.
Once students receive a their certificate of completion for the CAM education, they can take the state-administered licensing exam.
CAM education is always offered in a 20-track or session format, in which the instruction will consist of the practices and laws of Community Association Management necessary to pass the certificate examination with the state of Nevada.
