Students who have prior licensed experience are encouraged to contact the school for an independent evaluation of student credentials.
All CAM pre-licensing courses provide the 60-hour Nevada required education.

See our course calendar for available classroom/livestream start dates.
Once the tuition is paid, the student will be sent access to an active calendar that allows the student to select the course start date and format their live sessions accordingly.
Once students receive a their certificate of completion for the CAM education, they can take the state-administered licensing exam.
CAM education is always offered in a 20-track or session format, in which the instruction will consist of the practices and laws of Community Association Management necessary to pass the certificate examination with the state of Nevada.
Our packaged program will give you the extra help you need to get your license.
This package includes the 60-hour course, online access, course workbook, and online course certificate. NOTE: The course offerings are currently offered via LIVE stream video only.
