Real Estate

  1. The Nevada Real Estate Pre Licensing course is broken into 4 course modules: Agency, Finance, Realty, and State Law. 

    Each module is one week in duration and is independent of the next. Courses are offered from 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM or 6:00 PM – 10:30 PM. It does not matter which module the student starts with.

    Courses are offered in person at 6750 Via Austi Pkwy, Suite 100, Las Vegas, NV 89119 OR the seminars can be taken via LIVE stream video (Same times). Please see directions on how to access our new campus on our locations page.

    Once the tuition is paid, the student will be sent access to an active calendar that allows the student to select the course start date, course location and format their live sessions (In person Vs LIVE stream) accordingly.

  1. Inspection 101 is held through livestream only. Inspection 102 is held both through livestream and onsite for inspections.

    Students are required to attend all 4 sessions to obtain the course certificate (2 Fridays & 2 Saturdays).

CAM

  1. All classes are via LIVE Stream Video. All seminars are T, W, Th from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
