Real Estate

  1. The Nevada Real Estate Pre Licensing course is broken into 4 course modules: Agency, Finance, Realty, and State Law. 

    Each module is one week in duration and is independent of the next. Courses are offered from 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM or 6:00 PM – 10:30 PM.

    Courses are offered in person at 3320 East Flamingo LV NV 89121 OR the seminars can be taken via LIVE stream video (Same times).  It does not matter which module the student starts with.  

    A new block starts on: 

    1/6/25
    2/10/25
    3/24/25
    4/28/25

    Once the tuition is paid, the student will be sent access to an active calendar that allows the student to select the course start date, course location and format their live sessions (In person Vs LIVE stream) accordingly.     

  2. All courses are available through livestream only.

    Students should see the calendar for exact times as they fluctuate per module.

CAM

  1. All classes are via LIVE Stream Video. All seminars are T, W, Th from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
