This course — held in person at our main campus — is designed for students hoping to obtain their Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation.
The CIPS designation requires an annual membership; for full details about the designation, visit NAR’s page about it here. This course promotes best practices and general guidance and is not intended for general continuing education.

Upcoming class dates: Sept. 19 to Sept. 24, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (hour lunch break at 1230PM)
Students are able to enroll in the 5 classes via internet at the tuition rate of $499. Student must call to enroll in independent subjects at a tuition rate of $199 per class.

A little about the CIPS designation
The National Association of Realtors officers this designation to educate agents on inbound and out-bound cross-border transactions, as well as how to professionally serve global clientele. The designation course covers currency conversions to investment strategies to different languages and dialects (and much more!). This coursework gives an overview of opportunities to tap into the global market from your local market, plus the you’ll need to succeed.
