This package is designed for Brokers or Broker-salespersons who are renewing for the first time only. (Exemptions: Licensees who held a license in another state at the time of Nevada license application are exempt from post-licensing and, instead, are required to take continuing education for their first renewal. Licensees who meet the exemption may proceed directly to subsequent renewal continuing education packages)

Package includes all 30 hours (or all 15 modules) of Post Licensing and 6 hours of Continuing Education to meet the renewal requirement. The Post Licensing course is broken into 10 three-hour live sessions. Most students take the entire 30-hour seminar in one four-day course offering, but students are permitted to stagger the sessions based on the necessity of the renewal hours and their timeline. See our post-licensing calendar for upcoming dates. Package includes the required 6 hours of Broker Management. The course is broken into 2 three-hour self-study classes and is completed online. Students can complete these two classes at their own pace. This package will meet the 6 credits of Broker Management requirements for their renewal.

The CNE course is available exclusively via live-stream Zoom. For the remaining 24 hours, students must complete 6 hours of LIVE education, offered in both live-stream video and in-person, making it easy to fit your schedule. With multiple course options throughout the week, staying compliant has never been more convenient! The remaining 18 hours will be completed via self-study.

Please note that classes for Property Management Permit and Business Broker Permit are not included.

Course for 12 hours of CE credit

The Law Degree Package is specifically designed to provide the most course and exam prep resources.

NV law: This includes the 18 hr NV State Law online course which helps the student prepare for the state law portion of the licensing exam. Online study will include study material, videos, and practice exams. Student will test out of the State Law course online in order to receive the completion certificate. Course materials for this section are provided in E-Book format.

Broker Mgt: 45 hr Broker Management course includes a physical book and an E-Book that the student is required to study for a minimum of 6 days prior to testing out online to receive the completion certificate. Online practice testing is provided. This course is required for anyone wishing to obtain a Broker or Broker-Salesperson license in Nevada. Course materials for this section are provided in physical and E-Book format.

Appraisal Course: This home-study course, designed for self-paced completion, is required by the State of Nevada but can be waived with 2 years of full-time real estate experience. The course includes a textbook and review materials. Students must test either online or in-person, scoring at least 75% to receive a certificate of completion. The course covers topics such as the appraisal profession, real estate marketplace, appraisal process, building construction, data collection, site valuation, cost approach, depreciation, various valuation methods, and appraisal reports. You can waive this course if you have an active broker’s license from another state or have 2 years of full-time real estate experience.

Compucram Software: The Compucram software is an online test preparation tool specifically designed to narrow focus as to the broker licensing exam content.

Once the tuition is paid, the student will be emailed online access to the online course immediately.

This course is designed to prepare the student for the Structural Inspection (Home Inspection) field in Nevada.  An inspector will assess a particular attachment to land (under 10,000 square feet), finding specific defects that will be disclosed to all interested parties. The state of Nevada will require the completion of a three step process to activate a structural inspection license:

• Step 1-The completion of at least 40 hrs of academic structural inspection education in preparation for the Nevada licensing exam. (This step is completed in the HI 101 course)
• Step 2-Passing the Nevada structural inspection exam with a 75% or better.
• Step 3-The completion of either 25 inspections with an existing inspector or the equivalent in education via our HI 102 course.

The 101 course is not an exam prep course but the combination of the 101 curriculum, the required textbooks, Nevada law reference and the suggested supplemental reference reading material will prepare the license applicant for the NHIE exam.

This course meets all of Nevada’s post-test requirements and is equivalent to 25 inspections with an existing inspector, approved by the Nevada Real Estate Division.
