This course is automatically included in any Nevada Principles and Law Real Estate Pre Licensing course. The practical curriculum includes course content surrounding: Listing Contracts, Purchase Contracts, Agency Disclosures, Agent Responsibilities. These course topics were added to the previously required 90 hour licensing requirement wherein this course will afford an additional 30 hours of required pre licensing education to meet the 120 hours of total pre licensing education required in Nevada in accordance with NRS645.

NOTE: The online course is designed for students with a background in accounting or business sales wherein the classroom seminar is recommended for students who do not have experience in either the accounting or business sales fields. The Business Broker Home Study and Online course provides the student with content designed to review elements of business sales and to better prepare for the Nevada Business Brokerage examination. The course material is presented in a physical copy while the course completion test is taken online. The online course includes new online features including online video lectures, online content in PDF form and digital flash cards. Course tuition includes the student workbook that will be used throughout the duration of the program as well as the online final completion / certificate exam.
