This package is for anyone wanting to obtain a Nevada Real Estate Salesperson license. Only this package (the Deluxe) comes with our signature Pass or Don’t Pay Guarantee. The Nevada Real Estate Classroom Pre-Licensing program is broken into 4 separate subjects (Realty, Agency, Finance and Nevada Law). Each subject is taught M-Th, either in the morning 9AM to 1:30PM, or the evening 6PM to 10:30PM, with a Review Day on Fridays from 9am-12pm.

It doesn’t matter which subject / week the student starts with or ends with as long as the student learns all 4 of the subjects. Once the tuition is paid, the student will be sent an email with log in credentials. The log in credential will allow the student to reserve their course sessions and select the delivery type (Classroom Vs Live stream) for all sessions.

Classroom and livestream students select their start date, location, and course delivery method in the active student portal (supplied immediately after enrollment). New classes begin every week. See our course calendar for available classroom/livestream start dates.  Once tuition is paid, the student will earn access to an active calendar. There, the student can select the course start date and format their live sessions accordingly.

The Classroom Deluxe course provides classroom instruction or live stream zoom, physical textbook, workbook, home study guide, online access, practice testing, audio files, recorded 120 hour course videos, placement with brokers, mobile friendly, real estate dictionary, physical and digital flash cards, additional exam prep software, national online review, live math review, test prep seminar, post licensing course and guide to passing exam textbook. Classes may be attended LIVE on site or via live stream video.

Key Realty School is renowned for the real estate licensing exam review and test prep sessions. These sessions are specifically designed to dissect the real estate licensing test outline and provide the student with insight necessary to pass the real estate licensing exam the first time. The review will be on-site classroom or livestream only. Reservations are required. All classes are held: State Law 9AM to 12:15PM / National 12:45PM to 6PM.  See the Real Estate Pre Licensing calendar for exact dates and method of attendance.

The review is a 3 hour Real Estate Math exam prep seminar offered once a month from 9AM to 12pm on a Sunday.  This session is specifically designed to help prepare the student for any math questions that may be on the license exam. The review will be livestream only. Reservations are required. All classes are held: 9AM to 12PM. See the Real Estate Pre Licensing calendar for exact dates.

Once enrolled, the student can use the active calendar to select the dates of course work
Once the tuition is paid, the student will be sent a user ID which allows the student to reserve the specific seminar date

The review is a 3 hour session taught from 9AM to 12PM on various Saturdays. This session is specifically designed to prepare the student for the 40 question State portion of the Nevada licensing exam. The review will be on-site classroom or livestream only. Reservations are required. See the Real Estate Pre Licensing calendar for exact dates. Once enrolled, the student can use the active calendar to select the dates of course work

The review is a 5 hour session taught from 1PM to 6PM on various Saturdays. This session is specifically designed to prepare the student for the 80 question national portion of the Nevada licensing exam.

The review will be on-site classroom or livestream only. Reservations are required. See the Real Estate Pre Licensing calendar for exact dates. Once enrolled, the student can use the active calendar to select the dates of course work

The comprehensive review kit includes:

The live or video version of the One Day Test Prep class which is a comprehensive review of the State and National curriculum. Reservations are required. See the Real Estate Pre Licensing calendar for exact dates. Once enrolled, the student can use the active calendar to select the dates of course work. Over 1000 practice questions and answers specifically designed to better prepare the student for the National portion of the licensing exam.

This package includes:

This course is designed for students seeking to obtain their Nevada Real Estate license who hold a current license in another state OR who are exempt from the national portion of the required education.

Live students are encouraged to review the calendar for all available future dates

Once the tuition is paid, the student will be emailed course log in credentials which will allow the student to select their course start date and delivery method (classroom or live stream)

This course is designed for students seeking to obtain their Nevada Real Estate license who hold a current license in another state OR who are exempt from the national portion of the required education.

Online review for the Nevada Real Estate Exam

Once tuition is paid, the student will earn access to an active calendar. There, the student can select the course start date and format their live sessions accordingly.

This course meets all of Nevada’s post-test requirements and is equivalent to 25 inspections with an existing inspector, approved by the Nevada Real Estate Division.

This package is designed for NV Structural Inspectors needing to renew their license every two years.  It consists of 20 Hours of IOS Continuing Education (with 3 hours of Safety & 2 Hours Law).  Use the general calendar to view and confirm future dates and times.

Class Dates & Times

• Mar 20 at 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Mar 21 at 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Mar 28 at 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Mar 29 at 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Students are required to attend all 4 sessions to obtain the course certificate (2 Fridays & 2 Saturdays).

Once the tuition is paid, the student will be sent an email with log in credentials. The log in credential will allow the student to reserve their course sessions for all sessions.
