Once tuition is paid, the student will earn access to an active calendar. There, the student can select the course start date and format their live sessions accordingly.

This deluxe package is for active Nevada Real Estate Salespersons/Broker-Salespersons or Brokers wishing to add the Property Management Permit to their license. It includes the 24 hour property management class offered via livestream video once a month. The e-books and Property Management Guide textbook are included.

Attendance is required for all 24 hrs in order to receive completion certificate and reservations are required as classes tend to fill up quickly.  

Student will be required to pass the license exam with a passing score of 75% or better

NEW APPLICANTS:  A Nevada Real Estate license is required prior to applying for the Property Manager Permit. The Property Manager application will not be accepted along with the original application for a real estate license. You must receive your Nevada Real Estate license prior to submission of the Property Manager permit application Form 545.

Package is designed for the licensee renewing AFTER the first renewal. The package is designed to provide the 12 hours of education required (6 hours LIVE and 6 hours online) for seasoned licensees (over 65 and more than 30 years as a licensee in NV). See general Real Estate Continuing Education calendar for upcoming dates. Once enrolled, the student can use the active calendar to select the dates of course work and the preferred delivery method (LIVE stream or In person) The package does not include topics for modified licenses such as Broker Management, Property Management and Business Broker. (The licensee must enroll in these items separately)

Package is designed for Broker or Broker salesperson renewing their real estate license whether for the first time or subsequent renewals.  This package will meet the 6 credits of Broker Management requirements for their renewal.  This course package is completed online.

This product is not a course. The product is designed for students seeking to obtain their Nevada Real Estate license who are exempt from all education OR have met the educational requirement yet need to review for the state portion of the exam.

NOTE: The online course is designed for students with a background in accounting or business sales wherein the classroom seminar is recommended for students who do not have experience in either the accounting or business sales fields. The Business Broker Home Study and Online course provides the student with content designed to review elements of business sales and to better prepare for the Nevada Business Brokerage examination. The course material is presented in a physical copy while the course completion test is taken online. The online course includes new online features including online video lectures, online content in PDF form and digital flash cards. Course tuition includes the student workbook that will be used throughout the duration of the program as well as the online final completion / certificate exam. Course materials are automatically shipped to the student at the time of enrollment.

Online only course provides students with digital access to online course content and online practice testing. The student will review the course content in preparation for the school exam.

The review is a 5 hour session taught from 1PM to 6PM on various Saturdays. This session is specifically designed to prepare the student for the 80 question national portion of the Nevada licensing exam.

The live or video version of the One Day Test Prep class which is a comprehensive review of the State and National curriculum. Reservations are required.
