This is self-paced at home online study to help prepare students for the Nevada Real Estate License exam. The Online Works course includes access to e-books, digital flashcards, test prep questions and school completion exam with 12 months of access.

Once the tuition is paid, the student will be emailed online access to the online course immediately.

The Nevada Real Estate Classroom Pre-Licensing program is broken into 4 separate subjects (Realty, Agency, Finance and Nevada Law). Each subject is taught M-Th, either in the morning 9AM to 1:30PM, or the evening 6PM to 10:30PM, with a Review Day on Fridays from 9am-12pm.

It doesn’t matter which subject / week the student starts with or ends with as long as the student learns all 4 of the subjects. Once the tuition is paid, the student will be sent an email with log in credentials. The log in credential will allow the student to reserve their course sessions and select the delivery type (Classroom Vs Live stream) for all sessions.

Classroom and livestream students select their start date, location, and course delivery method in the active student portal (supplied immediately after enrollment). New classes begin every week. See our course calendar for available classroom/livestream start dates.  Once tuition is paid, the student will earn access to an active calendar. There, the student can select the course start date and format their live sessions accordingly.

The Classroom Basic course provides classroom instruction or live stream zoom, audio files, recorded 120 hour course videos, physical textbook, workbook, home study guide, online access, practice testing, placement with brokers, mobile friendly, and real estate dictionary.    Classes may be attended LIVE on site or via live stream video.  Reservations are required in advance as classes tend to fill up quickly.

• Physical NHIE textbooks-These course textbooks are required for the course of instruction and will be used to better prepare for the Inspection licensing exam/further understand practical concepts as they relate to the field of inspection.

This course is designed to prepare the student for the Structural Inspection (Home Inspection) field in Nevada.  An inspector will assess a particular attachment to land (under 10,000 square feet), finding specific defects that will be disclosed to all interested parties.

The state of Nevada will require the completion of a three step process to activate a structural inspection license:

• Step 1-The completion of at least 40 hrs of academic structural inspection education in preparation for the Nevada licensing exam. (This step is completed in the HI 101 course)
• Step 2-Passing the Nevada structural inspection exam with a 75% or better.
• Step 3-The completion of either 25 inspections with an existing inspector or the equivalent in education via our HI 102 course.

The 101 course is not an exam prep course but the combination of the 101 curriculum, the required textbooks, Nevada law reference and the suggested supplemental reference reading material will prepare the license applicant for the NHIE exam.

• Driveways, walks, patio, deck, porch…integrity
• Roof Surface-remaining life estimate
• Mechanical Workings of the home…appliances
• Windows-condition of caulking, glazing, storms and panes
• Gutters-rust, extension, pitch, or splash block problems
• Paint, Siding or Trim-peeling or separations
• Electrical Service-proper loops, panel box inspection, circuit testing
• Structural Integrity-house & foundation, sags and humps in roofs and floors
• Garage-Structural integrity, door opener safety check, and the roof.

This course meets all of Nevada’s post-test requirements and is equivalent to 25 inspections with an existing inspector, approved by the Nevada Real Estate Division.

This package is designed for NV Structural Inspectors needing to renew their license every two years. It consists of 20 Hours of IOS Continuing Education (with 3 hours of Safety & 2 Hours Law). Use the general calendar to view and confirm future dates and times.

NV law: This includes the 18 hr NV State Law online course which helps the student prepare for the state law portion of the licensing exam. The curriculum includes extensive study material, videos, and numerous practice exams to better prepare the student. Students will test out of the State Law course online in order to receive the completion certificate.

Broker Mgt.: 45 hr Broker Management course includes an e-book where the student is required to study for a minimum of 6 days prior to testing out online to receive the completion certificate. Online practice testing is provided. This course is required for anyone wishing to obtain a Broker or Broker-Salesperson license in Nevada.

Video of Exam Prep Crammer Course: This package provides a video version of the cram session. The test prep is specifically designed to further narrow focus as to the broker licensing exam content.

CompuCram Exam Prep: The CompuCram Exam Prep software is an online test preparation tool specifically designed to narrow focus as to the broker licensing exam content.

BRM: 45 hr Broker Management course is an online e-textbook the student is required to study for a minimum of 6 days prior to testing out online to receive the completion certificate. Online practice testing is provided. This course is required for anyone wishing to obtain a Broker or Broker-Salesperson license in Nevada.

National and state home review: This includes the State Law e-book which helps the student prepare for the state law portion of the licensing exam. The e-book includes extensive study material as well as numerous practice exams to better prepare the student. It also includes “The Guide to Passing the Pearson Vue Exam” , which is intensive study for the National portion of the license exam.

Online Video of One Day Test Prep Crammer: This is an instructor led, intensive review of the state and national curriculum in order to prepare students for the license exam. It is a pre-recorded video.

CompuCram Exam prep: This is online software that provides additional practice testing of state and national curriculum to help prepare students for the license exam. Practice testing helps identify areas that may need further study or clarification.
