Once tuition is paid, the student will earn access to an active calendar. There, the student can select the course start date and format their live sessions accordingly.

This course meets all of Nevada’s post-test requirements and is equivalent to 25 inspections with an existing inspector, approved by the Nevada Real Estate Division.

This package is designed for NV Structural Inspectors needing to renew their license every two years.  It consists of 20 Hours of IOS Continuing Education (with 3 hours of Safety & 2 Hours Law).  Use the general calendar to view and confirm future dates and times.

Class Dates & Times

• Mar 20 at 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Mar 21 at 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Mar 28 at 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Students are required to attend all 4 sessions to obtain the course certificate (2 Fridays & 2 Saturdays).

Once the tuition is paid, the student will be sent an email with log in credentials. The log in credential will allow the student to reserve their course sessions for all sessions.

This package includes 8 broker qualifying courses supplying 24 credits. The courses are completed through home study and online review. The student completes the course through online course certificate examinations. Once the tuition is paid, the student will be send online access to the courses. The student will be sent the physical books via UPS.

NV law: This includes the 18 hr NV State Law online course which helps the student prepare for the state law portion of the licensing exam. The curriculum includes extensive study material, videos, and numerous practice exams to better prepare the student. Students will test out of the State Law course online in order to receive the completion certificate.

Broker Mgt.: 45 hr Broker Management course includes an e-book where the student is required to study for a minimum of 6 days prior to testing out online to receive the completion certificate. Online practice testing is provided. This course is required for anyone wishing to obtain a Broker or Broker-Salesperson license in Nevada.

Video of Exam Prep Crammer Course: This package provides a video version of the cram session. The test prep is specifically designed to further narrow focus as to the broker licensing exam content.

CompuCram Exam Prep: The CompuCram Exam Prep software is an online test preparation tool specifically designed to narrow focus as to the broker licensing exam content.

Online practice testing is provided. This course is required for anyone wishing to obtain a Broker or Broker-Salesperson license in Nevada.

National and state home review: This includes the State Law e-book which helps the student prepare for the state law portion of the licensing exam. The e-book includes extensive study material as well as numerous practice exams to better prepare the student. It also includes “The Guide to Passing the Pearson Vue Exam” , which is intensive study for the National portion of the license exam.

Online Video of One Day Test Prep Crammer: This is an instructor led, intensive review of the state and national curriculum in order to prepare students for the license exam. It is a pre-recorded video.

CompuCram Exam prep: This is online software that provides additional practice testing of state and national curriculum to help prepare students for the license exam. Practice testing helps identify areas that may need further study or clarification.

The package also includes broker exam prep tools such as online practice testing.  45 hr Broker Management course is a textbook the student is required to study for a minimum of 6 days prior to testing out online to receive the completion certificate.  This course is required for anyone wishing to obtain a Broker or Broker-Salesperson license in Nevada.

One Day Test Prep Crammer: This is an instructor led, intensive review of the state and national curriculum in order to prepare students for the license exam.  It is an on-site or livestream course held on a Saturday from 9am to 6pm PST.  Reservations are required in advance by reserving seats in the student’s dashboard.  A a pre-recorded video is also included if you cannot attend the live class.

CompuCram Exam prep:  This is online software that provides additional practice testing of state and national curriculum to help prepare students for the license exam.  Practice testing helps identify areas that may need further study or clarification.

Once the tuition is paid, the student will be emailed online access to the online course immediately. All physical materials will be sent via UPS to the address noted at the time of enrollment.

Classes are taught Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 5PM to 8PM

This course is designed to complete the 60 hours of Community Association Management education that is required by the state of Nevada to activate a CAM certificate. Students must pay and reserve their seat in advance because the classes do tend to fill up.

CAM education is always offered in a 20 track or session format, in which the instruction will consist of the practices and laws of Community Association Management necessary to pass the certificate examination with the state of Nevada.

The course content will be delivered via email. Once a student feels confident with the information in the workbook, the student will take a quiz to receive the certificate of education. The quiz must be taken online. Students testing online can print out certificates and thus complete the entire educational process online.

This course is offered by home study only and designed so you can complete it at your own pace.

• You must keep the course for at least 6 days as the state of Nevada only allows you to study a maximum of 8 hours per day. Students are provided with a course textbook and review material. The student is required to test through the school website or in-person to obtain the course completion certificate. The student must score a 75% or better on the school certificate/completion test to receive the course certificate of education.

This is a required course by the State of Nevada but can be waived through 2 years of full-time experience.

• This requirement can be waived if you currently hold an active Broker’s license in another state, or you can prove you have been a full-time real estate agent for 2 years with a current broker license, or you have taken a similar course, you may use your experience in lieu of taking this course.
