This 24-hour property management pre-permit course is available through on-demand home study or online at your own pace. Live instruction (whether in person or via livestream) is not available for this course.

This course covers the nuances of property management as it relates to real estate. Course materials include: course files provided as PDFs; physical course workbooks and textbooks shipped to the student via UPS; and a test prep video (plus online certificate testing) that students must pass before taking the permit exam.

Comprehensive exam prep program for real estate students

Key Realty School provides exam prep through its partner, CompuCram, which integrates vocabulary tools, practice testing, and comprehensive simulated exams into an all-in-one solution. The revolutionary new Readiness Indicator gives continuous feedback as you study — ensuring you pass the real estate exam on your first try.

For home-study students, this exam prep product provides a better understanding of course curriculum found on the Nevada real estate exam. Key Realty School will supply students with home-study review for both the state and national portions of the Nevada licensing exam. The review will include audio files, content files, and over 1,000 practice questions and answers. This product does not involve classroom instruction.

We provide this course for students seeking their Nevada real estate license who currently hold a license in another state *or* who are exempt from the national portion of their required education.

This mandatory course is offered by home study only and can be completed at your own pace. Though the course is a mandatory management and ethics of management course, the course is not designed to better prepare the student for the broker licensing exam. It is a mandatory broker qualifying course, not a broker exam prep course. Students seeking broker exam prep should select a broker review kit that includes broker exam prep.

• You must keep the course for at least 6 days as the state of Nevada only allows you to study a maximum of 8 hours per day. Students are provided with a course textbook and review material. The student is required to test through the school website or in person to obtain a course completion certificate. The student must score a 75% or better on the school certificate/completion test to receive the certificate.

This 3-hour post-licensing module is for Nevada licensees renewing for the first time who do not meet an exemption and only need a specific module. The topic is real estate records.
