This course is designed for students seeking to obtain their property management permit but want to include additional exam prep and reference textbooks
Once tuition is paid, the student will earn access to an active calendar. There, the student can select the course start date and format their live sessions accordingly.
This works package is for active Nevada Real Estate Salespersons/Broker-Salespersons or Brokers wishing to add the Property Management Permit to their license. It includes the 24 hour property management class offered via livestream video once a month. The workbook and test prep video are also included.
Attendance is required for all 24 hrs in order to receive completion certificate and reservations are required as classes tend to fill up quickly.
Student will be required to pass the license exam with a passing score of 75% or better.
NEW APPLICANTS: A Nevada Real Estate license is required prior to applying for the Property Manager Permit. The Property Manager application will not be accepted along with the original application for a real estate license. You must receive your Nevada Real Estate license prior to submission of the Property Manager permit application Form 545.

This is specifically designed to give students a better understanding of the curriculum in preparation for the property management permit exam. The school tutor will work with the student to ensure success.
Tutoring sessions are given via LIVE stream video and are purchased in blocks of 3 hours only. Once purchased, the student will be contacted by the tutor via email and the tutor / student will work together to schedule the tutoring sessions via Zoom / LIVE stream video. The student will be contacted within 2 business days by the tutor.
