Includes the following: LIVE in class -3 hrs Ethics, 3 hrs Agency, 3 hrs Law, 6 hrs Contracts, 3 hrs Risk Reduction.   LIVE may be completed on-site at school or via livestream. See general Real Estate Continuing Education calendar for upcoming dates as classes are offered 7 days a week. Once enrolled, the student can use the active calendar to select the dates of course work and the preferred delivery method (LIVE stream or In person) The package does not include topics for modified licenses such as Broker Management, Property Management and Business Broker.

Online course content to review and complete the entire course online including online certificate generation

This product is not a course. The product is designed for students seeking to obtain their Nevada Real Estate license who are exempt from all education OR have met the educational requirement yet need to review for the state portion of the exam.

Once the tuition is paid, the student will be emailed the log in credentials which will allow the student to immediately begin their study.

This is specifically designed to give students a better understanding of the curriculum in preparation for the licensing exam. The school tutor will work with the student to ensure success.

Tutoring sessions are given via LIVE stream video and are purchased in blocks of 3 hours only.  Once purchased, the student will be contacted by the tutor via email and the tutor / student will work together to schedule the tutoring sessions via Zoom / LIVE stream video. The student will be contacted within 2 business days by the tutor. Please contact the school admissions office with questions or if you are not contacted by the tutor in a timely fashion after purchasing the session.

This course is designed for students seeking to obtain their Nevada Real Estate license who need only the NV law course

NOTE: The online course is designed for students with a background in accounting or business sales wherein the classroom seminar is recommended for students who do not have experience in either the accounting or business sales fields. The Business Broker Home Study and Online course provides the student with content designed to review elements of business sales and to better prepare for the Nevada Business Brokerage examination. The course material is presented in a physical copy while the course completion test is taken online. The online course includes new online features including online video lectures, online content in PDF form and digital flash cards. Course tuition includes the student workbook that will be used throughout the duration of the program as well as the online final completion / certificate exam. Course materials are automatically shipped to the student at the time of enrollment.

Though this seminar is provided through live classroom instruction, the attending student must still complete the course final exam to receive credit as this is an online course wherein the student is attending the live seminar to better their understanding of the online course curriculum. See general calendar for upcoming dates. The certificate of education afforded upon successfully passing the online course final exam will indicate that the course was completed online. Online / correspondence business brokerage course work is acceptable by the Nevada Real Estate Division.

*Students are encouraged to bring their own laptops to the session as the instructor will be using Excel in the class seminar.

3 hours business broker

The review is a 3 hour session taught from 9AM to 12PM every other Saturday. This session is specifically designed to prepare the student for the 40 question State portion of the Nevada licensing exam.  The review will be on-site classroom only.  Students who are unable to take the physical classroom should see the video option. Reservations are required.  See the Real Estate Pre Licensing calendar for exact dates. Once enrolled, the student can use the active calendar to select the dates of course work

The review is a 5 hour session taught from 1PM to 6PM every other Saturday.  This session is specifically designed to prepare the student for the 80 question national portion of the Nevada licensing exam.

The review will be on-site classroom only.  Students who are unable to take the physical classroom should see the video option. Reservations are required.
