On Site Inspections –

The instructors will often use a sample written report that is generic in format and can easily be transitioned to the digital report tool the inspector elects to use in the future. Click here to access the sample Matrix Report

There are many sample inspection forms used through the duration of the 102 course. Click here to access a digital version of the Home Gauge software.

The school works to provide vacant properties for which the students and instructor will perform mock up inspections. This is an observation inspection session only. The instructor will provide all location information during the class. Though the onsite inspection waiver form was agreed to within the school policies at the time of enrollment, the instructor will require a second acknowledgement of this waiver form during the course.

Students completing the course via LIVE stream should use the following webpage to submit reports completed throughout the course. Onsite Inspection Submission Form

Course Exam

An instructor lead exam will take place at course completion. This is not a state licensing exam wherein this instructor lead exam is merely designed to ensure the student completing the 102 course has understood the basic practical principles. The instructor will review the exam with the student to ensure all concepts on the exam are understood.
