The package also includes broker exam prep tools such as online practice testing.  45 hr Broker Management course is a textbook the student is required to study for a minimum of 6 days prior to testing out online to receive the completion certificate.  This course is required for anyone wishing to obtain a Broker or Broker-Salesperson license in Nevada.

One Day Test Prep Crammer: This is an instructor led, intensive review of the state and national curriculum in order to prepare students for the license exam.  It is an on-site or livestream course held on a Saturday from 9am to 6pm PST.  Reservations are required in advance by reserving seats in the student’s dashboard.  A a pre-recorded video is also included if you cannot attend the live class.

CompuCram Exam prep:  This is online software that provides additional practice testing of state and national curriculum to help prepare students for the license exam.  Practice testing helps identify areas that may need further study or clarification.

Once the tuition is paid, the student will be emailed online access to the online course immediately. All physical materials will be sent via UPS to the address noted at the time of enrollment.

The Basic Kit is specifically designed to provide the minimum course requirements.

The basic package option provides all course material in E-Book and in digital format. No physical material is provided. This package option is recommended for applicants seeking to complete the minimum requirement of Nevada law and Broker Management. The works or deluxe course option is recommended for additional course material and test prep.

NV law: This includes the 18 hr NV State Law online course which helps the student prepare for the state law portion of the licensing exam. The curriculum includes extensive study material, videos, and numerous practice exams to better prepare the student. Students will test out of the State Law course online in order to receive the completion certificate.

Broker Mgt.: 45 hr Broker Management course includes an e-book where the student is required to study for a minimum of 6 days prior to testing out online to receive the completion certificate. This all-inclusive course is offered by home study only and designed so you can complete it at your own pace. This course is designed for a student with a college degree in a business related subject (or enough business qualifying credits) who intends to seek a Nevada Broker or Broker Salesperson license. In accordance with state form 501, the business degree will allow the waiver of course requirements except for the Broker Management, Broker Appraisal and Standard Pre Licensing course.

• You must keep the course for at least 6 days as the state of Nevada only allows you to study a maximum of 8 hours per day. Students are provided with a course textbook and review material. The student is required to test through the school website or in-person to obtain the course completion certificate. The student must score a 75% or better on the school certificate/completion test to receive the course certificate of education.

This is a required course by the State of Nevada but can be waived through 2 years of full-time experience.

• This requirement can be waived if you currently hold an active Broker’s license in another state, or you can prove you have been a full-time real estate agent for 2 years with a current broker license, or you have taken a similar course, you may use your experience in lieu of taking this course.
