For the remaining 24 hours, students must complete 6 hours of LIVE education, offered in both live-stream video and in-person, making it easy to fit your schedule. The package is designed to provide the 15 hours of education required (6 hours LIVE and 9 hours online) for seasoned licensees (over 65 and more than 30 years as a licensee in NV). Designed for licensee seeking CORE Nevada Real Estate Continuing Education.  This includes only 18 hours of education.  Package is designed for the licensee renewing AFTER the first renewal.  Once the tuition is paid, the student will be sent online access which will allow the student to complete the course work accordingly.  A maximum of two (2) certificate exams can be taken per calendar day.  This package will not count as LIVE education as it is self paced.

Package is designed for Broker or Broker salesperson renewing their real estate license whether for the first time or subsequent renewals.  This package will meet the 6 credits of Broker Management requirements for their renewal.  This course package is completed online.
