JPAR ELITE 2023

Key Realty School:

• Will provide the brokerage with 12 CE classes scheduled every other month and spread over 6 months in the 2023 calendar year.
  • Classes will be held at the brokerage location. The address will be provided via email by the brokerage.
  • The schedule will be confirmed and accepted by the brokerage via email.
  • Key Realty School will make this class available to the public but brokerage has the ability to enroll students by emailing the school the list of student names, emails and license number. Said brokerage enrollment of students is included in this agreement.
• Will provide the brokerage with 20 tokens to be used in the KeyRealtySchool.com website which will afford licensee who work under the brokerage name with all inclusive CE or Post licensing (everything the licensee would need to renew their license)

Brokerage/ JPAR ELITE:

• Will hold 12 CE classes at their location in 2023
• Will pay the annual fee of $3,500 for described services.
