This post-licensing package is for licensed professionals who require first-time renewals in Nevada — the offering is for current Key Realty School licensees only. The package covers the hours required for a Salesperson, Broker, and Broker-Salesperson.

Package Details:

This post-licensing package includes all 30 hours (10 modules) required to meet Nevada’s post-licensing requirement. The requirement is for Brokers, Salespeople, or Broker-Salespeople who have been licensed for a year in Nevada.

Please note: This package cannot be used by licensees who are not licensed under the Key Realty brokerage. If this is not your first renewal, visit our continuing education page.

Exemptions: Licensees who held a license in another state at the time of Nevada license application are exempt from post-licensing but are required to take continuing education for their first renewal.
