Requirements:
Nevada real estate pre-licensing courses are designed for students who do not hold or have never held a license in Nevada or another state.
Courses are offered through in-person instruction, livestream, traditional home study, and self-paced online.
Regardless of chosen delivery method, students are required to first test through the school website to obtain the school certificate of completion, then proceed to the state testing center to meet licensing requirements.
Students who have prior licensed experience are encouraged to contact the school for an independent evaluation of student credentials.
Complete Nevada’s pre-licensing courses in a way that suits your learning style: on-site classrooms, via livestream, at-home study with the course book, or online at your own pace.
All pre-licensing courses provide the 120-hour Nevada-required certificate upon successful completion of the course.
Home study and online students can start immediately after enrollment.
LIVE classes are held M-F in the morning track 9AM to 130PM or the evening track 6PM to 1030PM. Classroom and livestream students select their start date, location, and course delivery method in the active student portal (supplied immediately after enrollment). New classes begin every week. There are four (4) subjects that make up the course. Each subject is a week in either the morning or night session. Therefore, the LIVE course is traditionally designed to be four (4) weeks but students can attend and repeat subjects until the course topics have been fully understood. Yes, all pre-licensing course packages satisfy the 120-hour requirements in the state of Nevada to get your real estate license.
Yes, you can attend online courses to fit your schedule. Use your student account to format the
calendar or course work as long as needed. You can extend your studies up to 1 year if you need to repeat any aspect of the course or if your schedule requires it. However, you must wait a minimum of 12 days from enrollment to take the completion exam regardless of how quickly you progress through the curriculum.
