Package is designed for the licensee renewing AFTER the first renewal, who may have already completed some continuing education credits and needs to add the remaining required.  18 hour package designed for students seeking to renew their Nevada Real Estate license.  Classes are offered as a self-study/online course.   Package includes:
  • 18 hours of General (self-study/online)
    • This includes 9 hours of Property Mgt.
    • This includes 6 hours of Broker Mgt.
    • This includes 3 hours of Business Broker

Package Details:

Designed for licensee seeking General Nevada Real Estate Continuing Education.  This includes only 18 hours of general education.  Package is designed for the licensee renewing AFTER the first renewal.  Once the tuition is paid, the student will be sent online access which will allow the student to complete the course work accordingly.  A maximum of two (2) certificate exams can be taken per calendar day.  The package will always include 6 topics that are deemed most relevant to the current marketplace.  This package will not count as LIVE education as it is self paced.
