Accreditation

2.1. The state of Nevada Department of Business and Industry, Real Estate Division has accredited all real estate related courses.

2.2. The education officers of the Real Estate Division and the Nevada Real Estate Commission review all courses and grant accreditation only after careful consideration. Courses must be renewed on an annual basis and are subject to review at any time. Key Realty School strives to keep our courses up-to-date with the market trends allowing the student to achieve maximum usage of the information contained therein.

2.3. All Nevada real estate courses of instruction are recognized by the Nevada Real Estate Commission and Nevada Post-Secondary Education.

2.4. Key Realty School insures that Nevada approves the course offerings at the time of enrollment and at the completion of the course. The school will immediately suspend any course offerings that are found to not be to the standards or approved by the state of Nevada. See section 22 for information about canceled courses. Key Realty School recommends that students implement any type of educational certificate in a timely manner because educational requirements deemed necessary by governing bodies can change.

  1. Materials

3.1. Key Realty School prides itself in the most current course materials produced by its production center. The school will use course evaluations as a method for students to express recommendations related to course material.

3.2. Course materials should not be used as evaluations or interpretations of Nevada law, the course materials should be used for educational purposes only.

3.3. Key Realty School often uses course material published and or created by companies or organizations not affiliated with Key Realty School. This material should be used for educational purposes only and is not designed to be interpretations of law, but recommendations for practice and testing.

3.4. Instructions and fees: Students will be required to pay all fees for the course at the time of admission. US citizens and permanent residents in possession of a permanent immigration visa should complete the registration/enrollment form in full, and then date and sign it while within the Administration office. All information provided to Key Realty School by the student becomes the property of Key Realty School and no information, other than student name and address, will be given to anyone other than the student providing the information unless otherwise noted on the registration/enrollment form. Admission or registration based on any misrepresentation of the student may result in cancellation of admission and/or enrollment without the possibility of refund. Proof of payment is supplied through receipt only. A copy of a former receipt can be obtained through an email request. The email must contain the student name and calendar year for which the tuition payment was made. email request

3.5. Classroom instructors may implement classroom conduct policies through verbal explanation or through written policy that is not noted in this catalog of policies and procedures. Students may visit the admissions office to discuss or resolve any problem pertaining to additional classroom guidelines set by the instructor. These additional guidelines may include but are not limited to: Cell phone use, use of electronic devices, excessive talking, tardiness, seating arrangements, and parking.

3.6. Entrance requirements: Students must be at least 18 years of age for admission to any of Key Realty School’s Courses. Students under the age of 18 should complete a Minor Consent form at or prior to the time of enrollment. Students must also be willing to comply with all policies presented during enrollment.

  1. Policies of Nevada Real Estate Pre Licensing

4.1. Real Estate Pre Licensing is defined as any course taken prior to the activation of any Nevada Real Estate License: Salesperson, Broker, or Broker Salesperson.

4.2. The maximum occupancy of the real estate pre licensing course is at the sole discretion of the admissions office. Therefore admissions is done on a first come, first serve basis. Students repeating any subject must surrender their space in the class, only if the class is full (definition of full is determined by the admissions office based on the seats available in the classroom setting). The admissions office will use the effective start date noted on the enrollment form to determine which repeating students must relinquish their space in the classroom setting.

4.3. The Nevada Real Estate pre licensing course can be completed via classroom or home study.

4.4. All real estate students are considered home study students as classroom attendance is not recorded.

4.4.1. If a student decides that classroom instruction would benefit their ability to transfer education to other states and would be more viable, the student may re-enroll as a classroom student for an additional fee. Classroom enrollment must be done on a separate enrollment form. Hours taken do not count toward a classroom completion certificate unless the student is completing the required sign in sheets and the student has made specific arrangements with the admissions office to be noted as a classroom student.

4.4.1.1. Home study students are required to complete and pass examinations and all required evaluations to obtain certificates. Said certificate / course completion exam must be taken within one year of enrollment date. See testing section 14.5

4.4.1.2. The passing grade on any quiz or exam is 75% or greater.

4.4.1.3. Only students requesting or students who are required to have attendance recorded are considered classroom students. All standardized classroom students are considered credit hour students wherein education is afforded through a completion exam. A certificate of education is not issued based on attendance. This affords the student with the flexibility of attending within the calendar as their schedule permits. This also allows the student to learn the curriculum through multiple delivery methods. Students who wish to receive classroom clock hour certification must request clock hour accreditation on a written form in the admissions office.

4.4.1.3.1. Students who are listed as Clock Hour classroom students must attend the total clock hours enrolled in before students can obtain the certificate of education.

4.4.1.3.2. Clock Hour Classroom students must clearly indicate classroom attendance on the original enrollment agreement or specifically change their enrollment to classroom in the admissions office of the school without penalty. The hours of education for classroom instruction will not be counted until an attendance log is started with the admissions office.

4.4.1.3.3. Classroom attendance is mandatory for a classroom student wherein the course is a clock hour course. Classroom attendance is optional for a student enrolled in a classroom course wherein the course is considered a credit hour course. Classes that are clock hour will be deemed a clock hour requirement by the state or federal governing agency. Classes that are clock hour will have an attendance log and will not solely be based on a course final exam. A credit hour course will not be based on attendance but will be based solely on the passing of a final exam. Students should contact the school admissions office if the student is unclear as to whether their course is clock or credit hour. Any absence from a clock hour course will require the student to re-enroll in the next available course offering and the student may be required to pay for the course again. Though classroom attendance may constitute   hours of completion, this course still requires a final examination for completion.

4.4.2. Subject to availability, Nevada Classroom Real Estate Students have the ability to repeat any subject at any time at no additional cost to the student. Though students have the ability to repeat course topics and live classroom sessions, Key Realty School will only update physical course materials for a period of 1 year at no additional cost. The school does not replace lost course materials at no cost. Students who continue or restart their course of study on dates exceeding 1 year from the original enrollment date may be required to purchase additional or updated course materials. The admissions office of the school retains a price list of all course materials.

4.4.2.1. The ability to repeat any course is only available while Key Realty School is able to offer or is scheduled to offer the course.

4.4.2.2. The real estate pre licensing course is traditionally designed to be four calendar weeks (excluding holiday periods noted in the school calendar). Therefore, any education taken after the four week period is considered repeating course subjects regardless of attendance during the scheduled four week set.

4.4.2.3. Repeating students are considered to be auditing the subject for no additional credit.

4.4.2.3.1. Though the class is rarely considered completely full, auditing students are not guaranteed a space within the course. The course space is always allocated to the students currently attending the original four week cycle.

4.4.3. For beginning and ending of courses see calendar

4.4.3.1 The primary focus of the Nevada Real Estate Pre Licensing course is to define and educate on the elements within the Nevada licensing exam content outline. Click here to examine the general content outline.

4.4.3.2 Though the general content outline is recommended as a nexus for the topics for which the student should be educated on through the completion of the course, the outline can be broken into further segments wherein each item within the outline can be defined as to its location within the course material and curriculum content. Click here to examine the full segmented correlating content outline.

4.4.4 Tuition Fees associated with courses at Key Realty School

4.4.4.  Instructions and fees: Students will be required to pay all fees for the course at the time of admission. US citizens and permanent residents in possession of a permanent immigration visa should complete the registration form in full, and then date and sign it while in the Administration Office. All information provided to Key Realty School by the student becomes the property of Key Realty School and no information other than student name and address will be given to anyone other than the student providing the information unless otherwise noted on the enrollment sheet. Admission or registration based on any misrepresentation of the student may result in cancellation of admission and/or enrollment without the possibility of refund. Should an issue arise associated with the tuition paid at the time of enrollment, the school will require the general tuition affidavit wherein such information can be evaluated when reviewing the student file.

4.4.4.1.   Seldom does Key Realty School offer a public tuition discount or tuition incentive. If a discount is offered, a student enrolling in the same package within the 30 calendar days prior, may request a credit be noted to the student account for the difference in amount between the tuition paid and the discounted tuition rate. The credit can be used for or toward any product, service or course offered by Key Realty School. The student will be supplied with validation of said credit through emailed receipt. The credit must be used within 1 calendar year of the original enrollment date. The difference of tuition will not be refunded. A copy of the enrollment record / receipt of tuition payment can be obtained within the enrollment record tab of the student dashboard  . Key Realty School does afford a 10% tuition discount to students showing proof of a US military ID (Number such as DOD or similar ID number) at the time of enrollment. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion nor is this discount retroactive. Proof of military identification must be supplied at the time of enrollment and therefore online enrollment is not permitted when using a military ID for a discount . Key Realty School does afford a 10% discount for seniors over the qualifying age of 65. A drivers license number or other government issuing ID showing proof of qualified age must be provided at the time of enrollment. The aforementioned VA and Senior discounts are not retroactive. If the ID was not shown and noted at the time of enrollment, the discount will not be applied.

4.4.4.2.   For 1099 purposes, Key Realty School is filed as an S Corporation. Students traditionally report any tuition paid as a business expense on the tax filing form schedule C. NOTE: This section is not intended to provide tax guidance wherein the individual or company should seek the professional guidance of a licensed tax advisor when reporting expenses and tax filing.   In accordance with IRS guidelines, Key Realty School produces one W9 form per calendar year unless a material change has occurred within said calendar year. Use the following link to obtain a copy of the W9 for the current calendar year: 2023 Key Realty School W9

4.4.4.3 Key Realty School posts W9’s in association with the calendar year prior only. 2022 Key Realty School W9

4.4.5. Non-English speaking students are responsible for their own interpretation of material and instruction. All instruction and materials will be provided in English.

4.4.6. Students are required to apply for admission allowing enough time to complete the required hours of the course under the provision that one may only study a maximum of eight (8) hours per calendar day. Calendar hours are considered when scheduling a home-study course or classroom course and course completion is not granted before the calendar hours of the course have expired. Example: Student O enrolls in the real estate pre licensing course. Student O must wait a minimum of 12 calendar days before student O can test out of the subject. (15 X 8 = > 120 hours of education) This eight hour maximum is applicable to all increments of hours toward real estate pre licensing and continuing education. Students will not be supplied completion /certificate access information or appointments prior to the minimum allocation of hours having been met. The student must take the course final exam within 1 calendar year of the enrollment date.

4.4.7. The Nevada Real Estate Division governs the application and educational recognition process. Therefore, Key Realty School recommends that the student has any and all prior education assessed by the Nevada Real Estate Division in writing to guarantee the acceptance of any prior education toward licensing application.

4.4.7.1. Though Key Realty School prides itself in the most current information supplied by both written and verbal information provided to students, requirements and or laws may change that require more or less educational course work than originally enrolled in.

4.5. The process of completing the requirements to apply for a Nevada real estate license may require the student to take a state sanctioned exam with a testing facility that has no business or financial relationship with Key Realty School. Though Key Realty School prides itself in its awareness of the testing company’s policies and procedures, the school is not responsible for the lack of disclosure or lack of performance in anyway by the testing service. Key Realty School strongly recommends that all students thoroughly examine all testing policies of any external company prior to enrolling for an examination.

  1. Policies of Nevada Post Licensing

5.1. The Post-Licensing Course is designed for students who have successfully passed the state board examination and have already obtained their Nevada real estate license. This comprehensive course prepares the new licensee for the real estate industry and is designed to complete the 30 hour post licensing requirement deemed necessary by the state of Nevada.

5.2. Application for admissions: Students seeking admission are reminded that this course is designed for the new licensee. Due to our commitment to the student’s success, class size is at the discretion of the school admissions office. Therefore, admission is done on a “first come – first served” basis. Applications for admissions received after filling allocated spaces will be deferred to the first available opening of the next scheduled course.

5.3. Beginning and Ending of courses: The Post licensing Course start and end dates are noted on the calendar .   This course is broken into 10 three hour segments. The student must complete all 10 segments within two course offerings. Example: Student O takes segments 1,2,3,4,5,8 and 9 in the March offering, Student O must complete segment 6,7 and 10 in the April offering. (Or next available course offering)

5.3.1. If the student fails to complete the 10 segments, the student will not be allowed to repeat without re enrolling and paying any additional tuition fee.

5.5. This course will only count for the Nevada Post Licensing requirement if it is taken during the first year of active licensing. This course will not count toward continuing education.

  1. Structural Inspection 101 and 102

6.1. Application for admissions: The maximum size of the course is at the sole discretion of the admissions office. Therefore, admission is done on a “first come – first served” basis. Applications for admissions received after filling allocated spaces will be deferred to the first available opening of the next scheduled course. This maximum level of students can be changed at any time by the admissions office if necessary.

6.2. See school calendar.    If a student wishes they may audit the course in the next scheduled course session with no additional fee if the course is not completely understood during the first attendance.

6.3. The 101 course is designed as academic test preparation.   A student must have a total of 60 clock hours to receive a certificate of education for the 101 course.

6.3.1. The 102 course is designed as practical field preparation. The 102 course is viewed by the Nevada Department of Business and Industry as the equivalent of 25 inspections with an existing inspector.  A student must have a total of 78 clock hours to receive a certificate of education for the 102 course.

6.3.2. The 101 and 102 courses are completely different courses taught by different instructors. Therefore, the methodology in which the class is conducted will be different.

6.6. The inspection courses may require field training outside of the Key Realty School classrooms. Students must recognize this prior to enrollment and realize that Key Realty School is not responsible for traveling or transportation to such events, nor does the school provide security or assistance during these sessions. Students concerned about the possible risks occurring during observation inspections outside of the classroom setting should not enroll in the on-site inspection or 102 course. Students are not permitted to actively participate in the physical inspection of any on-site inspection. Students who disobey this policy will be held liable for any damage or injury caused by partaking in an activity not permitted in the course. These on-site inspections are observation only.

6.7 The inspection courses may involve onsite observation inspections. Said on site inspections are designed for example and observation only. By enrolling in an inspection course, the student agrees to the waiver and liability form. Click here to review the waiver and liability form

  1. Property Management

7.1. The Property Management Certification Course is designed for students who have an interest in obtaining a property management permit attached to their real estate license; however, the course is open to anyone wishing to take the course. A student taking this course with the intent of practicing the activity of property management must have an active real estate license to practice after passing the permit exam and applying for the permit. Students can take this course for information purposes only. This comprehensive course prepares the student to take the Property Management Permit exam. This course does not count toward continuing education.

7.3. See school calendar for the Beginning and Ending of courses.      If a student wishes they may audit the course with no additional fee if the course is not completely understood during the first attendance. The student has one year to audit the course without an additional tuition fee. Should the student wish to audit the course after the aforementioned 1 year allotment, the student must re-enroll in the course and obtain a new set of course materials.

  1. Broker Upgrades

8.1.1. All broker upgrade courses are designed for additional 3 credit course work applicable when developing the necessary course requirements toward a Nevada Broker or Broker Salesperson license. These courses cannot be used toward continuing education and therefore are not presented in such a manner.

8.1.2. Application for admissions: These courses are offered only by home study. The student need only contact the school and request the course. Students are required to apply for admission allowing enough time to complete the required hours of the course under the provision that one may only study a maximum of eight (8) hours per calendar day. Calendar hours are considered when scheduling a home study course and course completion is not granted before the calendar hours of the course have expired. All home study / correspondence or online students must take the required course final exam within one calendar year.

8.1.3. All broker upgrade courses require a final exam for completion.

8.1.4. Though Key Realty School may aid a student in the requirements necessary to fulfill the state demands concerning education and experience toward broker or broker salesperson application, the Nevada Real Estate Division is the sole interpreter of applicant’s credentials. Therefore, Key Realty School recommends that a potential applicant of a broker or broker salesperson license confirm all course work and experience with the Nevada Real Estate Division.

  1. Continuing Education Courses for Real Estate by correspondence

9.1. All continuing education courses are designed to receive credit toward the requirements set forth by the Nevada Real Estate Commission to renew a real estate license.

9.2. Though Key Realty School can aid an applicant with the total number of hours and subject matter needed to renew a Nevada Real Estate license. The submission and completion of the necessary documents is the sole responsibility of the student or applicant. Students may be required to fulfill specific requirements set forth by the Nevada Real Estate Commission, Key Realty School recommends that each student confirm the validity of any course work taken outside of Key Realty School with the Nevada Real Estate Division.

9.3. Continuing education requirements change frequently and may be different for specific licensee circumstances. The student is encouraged to speak with the Nevada real estate division to reinforce any requirements if the applicant for renewal may be required to complete additional course work.

9.4. All continuing education courses require a completion exam to receive a certificate of education.

9.5. Proctor services may be available, but it is not the responsibility of the school to secure these services.

9.6. Certificates of education are only valid during the license renewal period.

9.7. The course approval is guaranteed at the time of enrollment for period of 30 days after enrollment in the course. The Nevada Real Estate Division and or Key Realty School could discontinue the course offering at any time. Because these courses are completed via correspondence, students enrolling less than thirty days prior to this course cancellation will be issued a refund for the particular subject and course only or an alternative course replacement may be chosen at the student’s preference. If the enrollment date was more than thirty days prior, the student only has the ability to select an alternate or replacement course, no ability to refund the course tuition is available.

9.8. Key Realty School is not responsible for submitting the course renewal information to the state governing body.

  1. Appraisal Education

10.1. Key Realty School offers the 78 hour appraisal pre internship course. This combination of subjects will educate the student in the area of appraisal through significant means as to begin the state mandated two year internship.

10.2. Key Realty School offers other appraisal courses outside of the 78 hour pre internship course that both benefit students from a practical setting and these courses may be used toward continuing education hours for appraisal license renewal or application.

10.2.1. Key Realty School encourages each student taking an appraisal course for any other purpose than internship to contact the state of Nevada Appraisal Division to confirm the course purpose and approval for the intended purpose. Because the requirements are unique for different statuses within the appraisal field, Key Realty School is not responsible for determining what exact subjects are needed to renew, activate or apply for any state status. Therefore, the school recommends the student seek out this information from the state or local governing body.

10.3. See school calendar for the Beginning and Ending of courses.   The Appraisal Course is offered online only at present. Should the course be offered in class, the calendar will be updated accordingly.

10.4. If this course is taken through live classroom instruction, the class is not considered home-study and thus attendance is mandatory. Any absence will require the student to re-enroll in the next available course offering and audit the total number of days missed in the next session only. If students are unable to complete the number of hours required within two course offerings, the student must re pay the entire tuition to attend future dates. All course and attendance records are kept for a minimum of 7 years after the students’ last activity with the school.  Attendance policy will comply with current Appraisal Foundation and Nevada Appraisal Commission / NRS & NAC standards.

10.5. All appraisal courses require a final examination for completion.

10.6. Instructors – All appraisal instructors are approved by the state and federal governing bodies to   teach the subjects within the course.

10.7. Textbooks and Course materials – Textbooks may be required to purchase separately should the student require physical textbooks outside of the digital material provided.

10.8. Local, State and Federal bodies govern the educational requirements and aid in creating the requirement to become, renew or apply for any appraisal registration, license, certification or ability to practice. Though Key Realty School prides itself in the current information of these constantly changing requirements set forth by these organizations, the school would recommend that the student use the Nevada Appraisal Division as the contact point for information about these additional Local, State and Federal organizations.

  1. Mortgage Agent

11.1. Also known as Loan Origination.

11.2. See the calendar for Beginning and Ending of courses:

11.3. This class is not offered on a home-study basis and attendance is mandatory. Any absence will require the student to re-enroll in the next available course offering and audit the total number of days missed in the next session only. If students are unable to complete the number of hours required within two course offerings, the student must re pay the entire tuition to attend future dates. Students who have taken and completed all hours as required in this section yet are unable to pass the licensing exam have 1 calendar year from the original enrollment date to retake the course without paying additional tuition. Said retake is also known as an audit. Students who wish to retake the course and who have exceeded the aforementioned 1 year audit period may retake the course by paying 60% of the course tuition. Said retake is also known as a course reinstatement. See section 30.

11.4. The Nevada Mortgage Lending Division is the state body governing the practice of Loan Origination. Therefore, Key Realty School recommends that all questions related to license application and Nevada practice be forwarded to the Mortgage Lending Division.

11.5. Though Key Realty School offers suggestions as to when Mortgage Brokers may be hiring, Key Realty School does not guarantee job placement, nor does the school endorse any other companies practice or policies.

  1. Home Study Academic Policies

12.1. Home Study courses require the student email questions pertaining to course protocol to email@keyrealtyschool.com. Curriculum related questions must be sent through the curriculum question form. This insures that an instructor will answer the questions in the most efficient manner possible. 1. Refund Policy – See Section 20.10.1 for information about online / email or fax withdrawal

20.1   All course withdrawals are treated in the exact same format regardless of student circumstance. This prevents discrimination based on the course withdrawal qualifying factors noted within Nevada Revised Chapter 394. All refund requests must be in writing and directed to Key Realty School.

All students are treated the same regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability and   familial status wherein the course withdrawal process and result thereof remains the same for every student regardless of circumstance.

Refund requests shall be calculated as follows:

20.1.1. Requests made during the first 60% of a course shall be prorated based on that portion of the course completed as of the date written on the request (but not dated after receipt of such request).

20.1.2. The course shall be prorated based upon the start date noted on the enrollment form.

20.1.2.1. Due to the availability of correspondence courses, classroom attendance is not an indicator of attendance. Therefore the request for a refund will always be processed in accordance with the start date noted on the enrollment form. The maximum number of hours of classroom instruction for the class in question will be used. An example of this refund policy would be:

20.1.2.2. Example: Student 1 purchases the real estate correspondence course for $260 (start date is the same as registration date for home study courses, start date is also noted on the enrollment form)

Student 1 applies for a refund 3 days later after the course start date

Course cost $260 X 90% (registration fee) = $234

90 hours of pre licensing has a maximum of 8 hours of education per day (11days of tuition total to complete 90 hours) The tuition cost of $234 / 11days = $22 per day

3 days X $22 per day = $66 of tuition used

$234 – $66 = $168 of tuition still refunded to Student 1

20.2. There will be no refund given after 60% of a class has been completed. NOTE: Actual attendance is not an indicator of completion wherein completion is based on the ability for which the class can be completed and time passed from the date of enrollment.

20.3 All forms required to submit for a refund are readily available at the admissions office of the school.

20.4. Refunds will be made within 15 days after receipt of written request or information will be supplied to the student indicating that no tuition is remaining. Once a student completes a course withdrawal form, the withdrawal becomes active and the student is no longer permitted to utilize the course resources. If the student is eligible for a tuition refund, the refund will be credited / refunded to the student in the same method for which the student originally paid the tuition. Refunds of any tuition remaining or written information informing the student that no tuition is remaining is traditionally processed on the 1st and 15th of every month or the business day thereafter. Should an issue arise associated with the tuition paid at the time of enrollment, the school will require the general tuition affidavit wherein such information can be evaluated when reviewing the student file.

20.5. Key Realty School will withhold a nonrefundable registration and processing fee of 10%. (Maximum of $100). This registration fee will not be applied when the enrollment / tuition paid date is within the prior 2 business days.

20.6 Credit will not be issued for partial or completed courses that are no longer offered or have been changed.

20.7. Key Realty School adheres to the minimum refund policies set forth in the Nevada Revised Statute 394.449

20.8. Key Realty School maintains a limitation of sixth months from the original enrollment date to apply for a refund regardless of attendance. Refunds submitted after six months have passed from the original enrollment date will not be considered.

20.9. Refund and completion policies for VA students – This section is only applicable when the tuition has been paid for by the department of Veterans Affairs or an approved 3rd party which has been allocated by the VA.

20.9.1. If a veteran, or other eligible to receive Dept. of Veterans Affair’s educational benefits payments, withdraws or fails to enter the course for which he or she enrolls, the school will refund the unused portion of the tuition and fees. Refunds are based on the approximate pro-rata portion of the total charges.

20.9.2. Registration fees in excess of $10.00 will be subject to prorating. Refunds will be promptly made within 15 days of withdrawal or expulsion from the program

20.9.3. VA students must either pass or fail the course or be subject to returning the benefit payments to the Department of Veterans Affairs. The passing of the educational courses approved for VA benefits can only be proved by the passing of a final or completion exam.

20.9.4. Failure to pass the final exam with intent to pass at a later date is considered incomplete. The VA will be notified of any incomplete status. The VA will allow the student 12 months to pass the completion exam before the return of the benefits may be demanded.

20.9.4.1. If the VA student does not pass the final exam within the allotted 12 month period, a grade of withdrawal will be noted in the student file an a return of the benefits may be immediately demanded.

In further definition, if the course was made available to the student wherein the student did not attend by choice or necessity and both enrollment and course offering were more than 30 days prior to written request for a refund, no refund will be afforded as the students reservation was retained and a space was afforded to the student during said offering. Though a student may not withdraw to receive any portion of a tuition refund after said 30 days, the student can request their file to indicate a “No grade” should the student find this notation necessary relative to continued course work at another institution.

20.12 Physical materials can be returned and a 90% refund for said materials will be provided so long as the material is returned in new condition and returned within 30 days of purchase. (New condition implies that no writing and no modifications have been made to the material) In addition, said material cannot be part of a course material set wherein the time allotment dictated within section 20 does not permit the return or withdrawal from the course. Only materials in New Condition can be returned wherein the student would receive a refund for the materials. If the materials are not returned or returned in used condition, the amount of a new product purchase as noted on www.Amazon.com would be deducted from any tuition refund that is to be issued. Students electing to ship or return material under this section or sections pertaining to the course withdrawal process must return materials to 3320 East Flamingo LV NV 89121 ATTN: Admissions. Only students who have not started (Start date noted on the enrollment contract for home study course work. All real estate pre licensing students are considered home study) or students who are currently in the educational program when the course offering is canceled will be issued a refund. Students who are auditing course sessions after the scheduled duration of course work will not be issued any refund on canceled courses.

22.7.1. Example of course cancellation with refund – Student A starts the real estate pre licensing course.  Two weeks into the course, the course is cancelled because of instructor illness.
