Once the tuition is paid, the student will be emailed online access to the online course immediately.

Once the tuition is paid, the student will be emailed online access to the online course immediately. All physical materials will be sent via UPS to the address noted at the time of enrollment.

The Nevada Real Estate Classroom Pre-Licensing program is broken into 4 separate subjects (Realty, Agency, Finance and Nevada Law). Each subject is taught M-F each week, either in the morning 9AM to 1:30PM, the afternoon 1230PM to 5PM or the evening 6PM to 10:30PM, a new class begins every Monday (of the first day of the business week if there is a Monday holiday)

A new one of the four subjects begins every week. It doesn’t matter which subject / week the student starts with or ends with as long as the student learns all 4 of the subjects. Once the tuition is paid, the student will be sent an email with log in credentials. The log in credential will allow the student to reserve their course sessions and select the delivery type (Classroom Vs Live stream) for all sessions.

Classroom and livestream students select their start date, location, and course delivery method in the active student portal (supplied immediately after enrollment). New classes begin every week. See our course calendar for available classroom/livestream start dates.
Once tuition is paid, the student will earn access to an active calendar. There, the student can select the course start date and format their live sessions accordingly.

The Classroom Basic course provides classroom instruction or live stream zoom, audio files, recorded 120 hour course videos, physical textbook, workbook, home study guide, online access, practice testing, placement with brokers, mobile friendly, and real estate dictionary.    Classes may be attended LIVE on site or via live stream video.  Reservations are required in advance as classes tend to fill up quickly.

The review is a 3 hour Real Estate Math exam prep seminar offered once a month from 9AM to 12pm on a Sunday.  This session is specifically designed to help prepare the student for any math questions that may be on the license exam.  The review will be on-site classroom only.  Students who are unable to take the physical classroom should see the video option. Reservations are required. See the Real Estate Pre Licensing calendar for exact dates. Once enrolled, the student can use the active calendar to select the dates of course work

Once the tuition is paid, the student will be sent a user ID which allows the student to reserve the specific seminar date

This session is specifically designed to prepare the student for the 40 question State portion of the Nevada licensing exam.  The review will be on-site classroom only.  Students who are unable to take the physical classroom should see the video option. Reservations are required.  See the Real Estate Pre Licensing calendar for exact dates. Once enrolled, the student can use the active calendar to select the dates of course work

The review is a 5 hour session taught from 1PM to 6PM every other Saturday.  This session is specifically designed to prepare the student for the 80 question national portion of the Nevada licensing exam.

The review will be on-site classroom only.  Students who are unable to take the physical classroom should see the video option. Reservations are required. See the Real Estate Pre Licensing calendar for exact dates. Once enrolled, the student can use the active calendar to select the dates of course work

The comprehensive review kit includes:

The live or video version of the One Day Test Prep class which is a comprehensive review of the State and National curriculum. Reservations are required. See the Real Estate Pre Licensing calendar for exact dates. Once enrolled, the student can use the active calendar to select the dates of course work. Over 1000 practice questions and answers specifically designed to better prepare the student for the National portion of the licensing exam.

Home study / online review for the Real Estate Exam with the video test prep

Once tuition is paid, the student will earn access to an active calendar. There, the student can select the course start date and format their live sessions accordingly.

10 Hour Nevada State Specific Course – Though the primary focus of the Uniform Safe Exam is the information supplied within the 20 hour National SAFE act course, the 10 hour state specific module is required to become licensed in Nevada. Key Realty School does not recommend starting the 10 hour state specific until the 20 hour national has been completed. The 10 Hr State Specific Mortgage course will be attended via livestream video and is led by a live instructor.  ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­If student held/still holds an active mortgage license in another state the applicant for the NV license must only take the 10 Hour state specific course and comply with all other applications requirements (fees and filings) with the NMLS and Nevada Mortgage lending division.
