Package is designed for the licensee renewing AFTER the first renewal, who may have already completed some continuing education credits and needs to add the remaining required.

Includes the following:

ONLINE coursework -3 hrs Ethics, 3 hrs Agency, 3 hrs Law, 6 hrs Contracts, 3 hrs Risk Reduction = 18 online credits

The package does not include topics for modified licenses such as Broker Management, Property Management and Business Broker.

Once the tuition is paid, the student will be sent online access which will allow the student to complete the course work accordingly.

Package is designed for any licensee seeking general commercial related continuing education. The 18 hour package will provide 18 hours of general continuing education. See general Real Estate Continuing Education calendar for upcoming dates as classes are offered 7 days a week. Once enrolled, the student can use the active calendar to select the dates of course work and the preferred delivery method (LIVE stream or In person)

Package is designed for the Salesperson renewing AFTER the first renewal.  This package provides the student with 36 hours of continuing education wherein the student will attend all 36 hrs as LIVE courses. Students enrolling in this option are encouraged to review the display calendar. Once the tuition is paid, the student will be sent an email with log in credentials. This course is designed for students seeking to obtain their Nevada Real Estate license who need only the NV law course

NOTE: The online course is designed for students with a background in accounting or business sales wherein the classroom seminar is recommended for students who do not have experience in either the accounting or business sales fields. The Business Broker Home Study and Online course provides the student with content designed to review elements of business sales and to better prepare for the Nevada Business Brokerage examination. The course material is presented in a physical copy while the course completion test is taken online. The online course includes new online features including online video lectures, online content in PDF form and digital flash cards. Course tuition includes the student workbook that will be used throughout the duration of the program as well as the online final completion / certificate exam. Course materials are automatically shipped to the student at the time of enrollment.

Though this seminar is provided through live classroom instruction, the attending student must still complete the course final exam to receive credit as this is an online course wherein the student is attending the live seminar to better their understanding of the online course curriculum. See general calendar for upcoming dates. The certificate of education afforded upon successfully passing the online course final exam will indicate that the course was completed online. Online / correspondence business brokerage course work is acceptable by the Nevada Real Estate Division.

*Students are encouraged to bring their own laptops to the session as the instructor will be using Excel in the class seminar.

3 hours business broker

This product is not a course. The product is designed for students seeking to obtain their Nevada Real Estate license who are exempt from all education OR have met the educational requirement yet need to review for the state portion of the exam.

Once the tuition is paid, the student will be emailed the log in credentials which will allow the student to immediately begin their study.

This is specifically designed to give students a better understanding of the curriculum in preparation for the licensing exam. The school tutor will work with the student to ensure success.

Tutoring sessions are given via LIVE stream video and are purchased in blocks of 3 hours only.  Once purchased, the student will be contacted by the tutor via email and the tutor / student will work together to schedule the tutoring sessions via Zoom / LIVE stream video. The student will be contacted within 2 business days by the tutor. Please contact the school admissions office with questions or if you are not contacted by the tutor in a timely fashion after purchasing the session.

This package is for anyone wanting to obtain a Nevada Real Estate Salesperson license. Only this package (the Works) and the Deluxe real estate pre licensing course come with our signature Guaranteed Pass. The Nevada Real Estate Classroom Pre-Licensing program is broken into 4 separate subjects (Realty, Agency, Finance and Nevada Law). Each subject is taught M-F each week, either in the morning 9AM to 1:30PM, the afternoon 1230PM to 5PM* (Seasonal offering, see calendar for this offering schedule)  or the evening 6PM to 10:30PM, a new class begins every Monday (of the first day of the business week if there is a Monday holiday)

A new one of the four subjects begins every week. It doesn’t matter which subject / week the student starts with or ends with as long as the student learns all 4 of the subjects. Once the tuition is paid, the student will be sent an email with log in credentials. The log in credential will allow the student to reserve their course sessions and select the delivery type (Classroom Vs Live stream) for all sessions.

Classroom and livestream students select their start date, location, and course delivery method in the active student portal (supplied immediately after enrollment). New classes begin every week. See our course calendar for available classroom/livestream start dates.
Once tuition is paid, the student will earn access to an active calendar. There, the student can select the course start date and format their live sessions accordingly.

The Classroom Works course provides classroom instruction or live stream zoom,  physical textbook, workbook, home study guide, online access, practice testing, audio files, recorded 120 hour course videos, placement with brokers, mobile friendly, real estate dictionary, test prep seminar, additional exam prep software, physical and digital flashcards.
